On Wednesdays December 14th and December 28th 7:30PM-8:30PM there will be free live videocast sessions of “Total Fitness Live” w/ Virtual Trainers Omowale Adewale and Ronel Semexant. Learn tips on vegetarian dieting and proper exercise for fat burning and muscle building.

WHY TOTAL FITNESS LIVE?
For over half my life on earth people have been asking me: How can I get ripped with a healthy diet? What foods should I eat after I workout? How can I lose 20lbs in weeks, not months? What workout routine works best for abs? I would tell them learn from your body. Your body responds well to only you. I noticed that it was just too metaphysical of a response when these people weren't just concerned physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. I realized I had to simplify my response and meet them at their level of need.


Years ago, I remember being impatient about my own development and feeling ugly and too skinny in middle school. I used every method available to cover up my impure feelings about myself. I bought clothing, accessories, and tried to compensate for something that was controllable inside of me. 


Luckily, I was surrounded by healthy and positive energy in my family and friends. My family loved to workout. And I caught the bug big time. By sophomore year in high school, I was referred to as big man and it was because of my growing arms and chest. I fell in love with my natural body. That was the same year I cut out meat. Two years later, I entered into an amateur bodybuilding competition and placed 2nd. Bodybuilders twice my size were giving me compliments and telling me I could have placed 1st with a better stage routine. Over the years, my peers all wanted to know how was it possible to avoid huge steaks, whole chickens, and not rely on fast food restaurants.


I badly wanted to help everyone who asked, but in my twenties, I was still developing and struggling with my own health issues: hypertension and chronic bronchitis. Then, only a few years ago, I found solace in two nutrients: lentils and a lot more water. I also found that limiting fast food enhanced my overall feel. Today, I am feeling 10 years younger and on pace to beating my old muscular-self. 


The goal of Total Fitness Live is to provide FREE virtual training to everyone in need of losing weight, building muscle, and/or learning how to eat healthy. 1st: Eating out all the time is OUT! HomeCooking is what's IN! 2nd: Ignore what's sold to you as a product and open your mind to your own interests. And 3rd: Go and drink a glass of water right NOW!

ABOUT YOUR VIRTUAL TRAINERS
Ronel Semexant is p/t physical trainer with 15+ years of bodybuilding, specializing in helping men and women lose weight and gain muscle using calisthenics, free weights and machines. 


Omowale Adewale is a former amateur bodybuilder, athlete and martial artist (Jeet Kune Do) with over 15 years of experience and 18 years as a non-meat eater. 

Omowale is a political strategist in New York City. Omowale manages a not-for-profit organization assisting youth and artists in underserved communities of color. In addition, he serves as a housing coordinator assisting young adults in need of affordable housing at a not-for-profit housing organization in NYC.

1. Maximizing Food & Rest (25min.)
               -the right energy foods to launch a consistent workout routine
               -the importance of cooking vs eating out like you live outside (2 recipes)
                              -COOKING DEMO & RECIPES: Pre-workout Apple Sauce (Carbs) & Post-         workout Curry Lentils (Protein) w/ Veggies
                              -Tips on balancing rest and a busy life
2. Basic PAIN Workout (30min.)
               -10min. of warming up and stretching
               -20min. of all or nothing workout
3. Questions & Comments (5min.)
               -previewed questions only (submit by 12/4/11)

1.      Tasty Recipes for Builders (20min.)
        -COOKING DEMO & RECIPES :Pre-Workout Penne Pasta (Carbs) Post-Workout Seitan Gluten w/ Veggies
